Charming, spacious, clean property, that included everything we expected. Safe, walkable neighborhood, and beautiful entrance. Great communication with host. Will stay here again.

The host was very easy to get in touch with. We had a problem with the air conditioner and he was prompt to find a resolution! I highly recommend this condo. Very clean, excellent price and wonderful host!

Fantastic Find
My husband and I loved this apartment. Great price, great location. I was able to walk to the beautiful historic downtown and lowertown areas of Paducah with ease while my husband attended meetings in the area. There are several museums, the riverfront, and great restaurants all in walking distance from the apartment. The only minor complaint was the room temperature. It was quite hot outside and for some reason the thermostat kept going up while we were out of the apartment, so it took a long time for the ac to catch back up and keep it cool. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful.
